ICanCall is a prepaid rechargeable pinless phone card and calling card service that provides quality international call connection at affordable rates. The service that ICanCall provides is accessible from cell phones, home phones, and other private touch tone phones. The flat domestic rates charged will vary according to plan selected. There are no access fees, surcharges, or hidden fees. However, customer's PIN will be automatically recharged unless the choice for auto-recharge is deselected after 48 hours of registration. The use of ICanCall service from cell phone may be charged to customer's wireless bill by pressing of (#) key.

Certain wireless service providers uses pound key to automatically connect the call for customer instead of using ICanCall services. Under such circumstances, ICanCall will not be held responsible for charges accrued to customer's cellular or mobile phone bill. Customer must have a valid credit card in order to acquire ICanCall services. The services apply only to U.S. credit card holders. Any and all free minutes talk time made available is valid only for 48 contiguous United States. All given international rates are subject to change without notice. The free domestic talk time offer(s) are valid only with the purchase of a calling plan. Service fees for each month will be deducted from calling plan balance upon purchase of long distance calling plan. Government mandated taxes and fees may apply. Calls that originate from a payphone are subject to FCC mandate payphone fees and surcharge. Additional charges will apply to calls that are made from Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Canada, and Hawaii. The remaining balance in a card account after a year of no transactional activity may be inactive.
